We have a user-friendly yet comprehensive enrollment process that allows parents to be well informed about what HHCS offers. The enrollment process is also designed to meet two needs. One, to ensure that the school can meet the learning needs of your child, and have the resources to meet those needs. Secondly, we need to ensure that all prospect families understand and support Christ-centred education.
The following steps comprise our enrollment process:
Step 1 Arrange to meet with our Development Director who is in charge of the school admission and enrollment. She/he will gladly give you a tour of the school, introduce you to staff members, including the Principal, and answer any questions you may have about HHCS. She/he will also provide you with an enrollment package and any other necessary information you require at this time. Step 2 Review the information and/or the enrollment package to ensure you fully understand the purpose and mission of HHCS, our commitment to you, tuition information as well as the services offered. Our Development Director will also follow up with you to see if you have any questions. Step 3 Set up a time to meet with the Principal to review your enrollment and discuss other questions you may have. Step 4 Submit the completed enrollment applications along with the required forms and tuition payment to the Development Director or the school office. Step 5 The Principal will review your enrollment application. She/he will accept or decline your application based on information given both on forms and at the meeting. You will be contacted via phone or letter of the enrollment decision
